About Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (NE Campus)
Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU) is a Central University established in 2007 by Act of Parliament, headquartered at Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh, with a mandate to serve tribal communities across India. Its Northeast Campus, operationalised in 2019 in Manipur, is the only IGNTU presence in the Northeast region.
